ONLINE BOOKING:
Valid contact- and invoice details are communicated in writing when a booking is placed online and immediate payment is part of the booking process.
BOOKING VIA OUR OFFICE:
You may call our office at +47 462 95 402 or send us an email to info@trondheimbyboat.com. We appreciate you providing us with your contact details (Name, Telephone Number, Email, Address) so that we can accommodate you as best possible.
For private customers:
We will gladly assist you in the booking process of our tours on www.trondheimbyboat.com or set up a custom tour for you. Thereafter, you will receive a booking link via sms or email where you can fill in your details and pay by card. When the booking process is completed you will receive a booking confirmation via email.
For businesses / organizations:
We are more than happy to assist you in the booking or planning of your tour / teambuilding / event over the phone or via email. We always appreciate you sending us your details (contact- and invoice information of the business / organization) so that we may reach you easily. As we add your booking / event to our system you will receive a confirmation via email. For payment an invoice will be sent to the provided details via email or EHF after the date of the booked tour / event.
DISCOUNTS
Only one discount can be used per booking.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE BOAT TOURS
Private boat tours (excluding those that are combined with culinary experiences, museum visits etc.) can be cancelled up to 48 hours before departure with a full refund of the price. For cancellations less than 48 hours before departure 50% of the price can be refunded. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and no-show cases will be charged fully. Cancellations should be in writing sent to info@trondheimbyboat.com
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE COMBINED TOURS (BOAT TOURS + MORE)
Private combined tours (Boat tours combined with culinary experiences, museum visits etc.) can be cancelled up to 1 week before departure with a full refund of the price. For cancellations less than 1 week before departure 50% of the price can be refunded. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance and no-show cases will be charged fully. Cancellations should be in writing sent to info@trondheimbyboat.com
CANCELLATION OF TOUR DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE
Should it not be possible to hold the boat tour due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to cancel the tour. We will inform everyone involved about such a cancellation at our earliest convenience and you will receive an option to reschedule the boat tour or a full refund of the amount paid for the tour.
DISCLAIMER
Trondheim by Boat AS does not guarantee for any specific weather condition on any of the tours – we sail rain or shine as long as our passenger safety can be ensured. Our boats are open traditional boats in which any given weather conditions as well as wave motion can be felt. We try our very best to depart and arrive on schedule, however, we cannot guarantee this. Trondheim By Boat AS does not cover travel and living expenses for delayed return due to weather conditions or technical problems. We hereby declare that participation in our tours is at your own risk.
USE OF PHOTO- & VIDEO- MATERIAL
Trondheim by Boat is permitted to use any photo- or video-material taken on a tour that might include you for marketing purposes without legal consequences. You may, of course, notify us in writing that you do not wish to be on any photograph or filmed material - in this case you may send us an email stating this to info@trondheimbyboat.com
